GOVERNMENT FUNDING
A Mediation Voucher worth £500 may be available to help with your fees.
The Ministry of Justice has developed a Mediation Voucher Scheme, whereby a contribution of up to £500 per family will be offered towards the cost of mediation, where children are involved. The purpose of the scheme is to promote the benefits of mediation and divert matters where appropriate away from the Family Courts.
EAG Family Mediation is authorised to access this funding for you to discuss arrangements for children.
Legal Aid is available for Family Mediation, subject to eligibility assessment. EAG Family Mediation does not offer legally aided mediation but can help you to determine if you might be eligible and if appropriate refer you to an alternative mediation service who can assist.
