- All fees are payable in advance of the session.
- If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand.
- To change or cancel your appointment, please contact EAG Family Mediation.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will attract a minimum one hour fee of £120.
- Where a session cannot proceed due to the non-attendance of one party, only the non-attending party will be charged.
This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
